A safe space to talk about transition with someone who gets it. Not "did a course on it once". Actually, gets it.

Whether its coming out, dealing with systems and documents, or finding your feet, I've been through it too.

How it works

Everything starts with a free discovery call. We sit down and just have a chat about what you're looking for and whether we're the right fit for each other. No commitment, no pressure.

After that, we do an introductory session to get the foundations in place. Then it's weekly 1-hour sessions, usually booked in monthly or six-weekly blocks. If you end up needing to skip a session (but tell me in advance!), then that's ok. There's flexibility built in because capacity fluctuates and that's just how it is.

Reduced rates are occasionally available across all services for where cost is prohibitive. Just ask.

Access to Work is a UK Government scheme that can cover the cost of coaching with me. If you want to use it, I'll help you work through the process.

Coaching on your terms

Sessions are built around how your brain actually works.

Video, audio, or camera-off. Your choice, and you can switch mid-session
Voice notes and written check-ins between sessions if that works for you
Walk and talk, stim, pace. Whatever helps you think
No pressure to bring goals or an agenda. We work with wherever you are
If your energy is low, we adapt. Coaching continues rather than getting cancelled

A lot of AuDHD people are naturally stronger in writing than in live conversation. If that's you, formats like voice notes and written reflections can be a full part of how we work together.
